Congratulations…you have taken the first step towards your new lifestyle of health & well-being! FitTroop is a privately owned personal training business founded by Farkas Pungur.
- Fitness and Rehabilitation professional services at Genesis Fitness club Windsor, which is the largest 24/7 gym on the North side of Brisbane. We can also help write/rewrite your training program.
In today’s working society, many of us let our health & well-being slip to the way-side in pursuit of a ‘better life’. We work long hours, eat on the run or in the car and struggle to do all of the things we ‘should’ do – such as eating a healthy diet, exercising & releasing the stress of our day-to-day lives. Through ill health (either our own or our family and friends) and dissatisfaction with our life & lifestyle we soon come to realise that fitness is a vital part to our success & happiness in life.
The simplest way I can put if for you is this: “Fitness is not a 100% guarantee that you will live longer than your overweight and unhealthy friends or family members (what in life is a guarantee?), but you can live your life in quality! That is the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle… QUALITY… staying free of illness, disease, medication, surgery, heart disease, diabetes etc!”
Being physically fit will not only offer you better immunity against illness & disease, but will help release stress and increase your vitality and stamina. With more energy to face the day and a more positive attitude from stress-reduction, you will be better equipped to succeed in whatever venture you choose!

- Teach you what, when and how to eat as no pills or diets are effective in the long term and some of them are unhealthy.
- The comfort and convenience of having your own Personal Trainer’s advice & guidance from home or the office – you don’t have to break your own busy schedule. With my help, you can exercise & eat safely and effectively in your own time-frames (no matter what time of the day that is!).
- Access to us via the internet (Skype or email) or phone whenever you need assistance, guidance or just some encouragement (if you chose online training)!
What we offer is a program specifically tailored to you as an individual, taking into account your current situation, requirements and your goals. We will not sell you a ‘standard’ package as many other websites or club trainers do (everyone getting the same program), as every individual is different and has different needs! What may work for Mr X will not necessarily work for Mrs and Ms Y or vice versa.
